                                                                                                      Job Description:
                                                                                                      GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES: In order to support the College’s strategic efforts regarding K-12 outreach initiatives, civic engagement, and partnerships with other educational institutions or organizations the Manager of Educational Partnerships would facilitate the active involvement of the College with these external constituents. This position would nurture these relationships as part of the efforts by Community Engagement area to build positive community relations as well as a potential pipeline for new students in specific program areas, as well as the opportunities for an increased presence of 4-year degree programs at QCC locations. The successful Manager of Educational Partnerships will be a self starter, able to take initiative, lead, and excited by entrepreneurial opportunities. They will be comfortable with detailed reporting, providing capacity support to colleagues and innovative collaborations, and have a demonstrated ability to facilitate active participation among diverse constituents at the highest levels. SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Vice President for Community Engagement SUPERVISION EXERCISED: Will supervise staff as assigned DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

                                                                                                      Requirements:
                                                                                                      MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  
                                                                                                      1. Two to five years experience working within a collaborative environment.  
                                                                                                      2. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.  
                                                                                                      3. Master's Degree in related field.  
                                                                                                      4. Highly polished presentation and communication skills.  
                                                                                                      5. Demonstrated computer skills (Microsoft suite, Raiser's Edge database management, and presentation).  
                                                                                                      6. Must possess a valid driver's license as local travel is required.  
                                                                                                       
                                                                                                       
                                                                                                      PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:  
                                                                                                      1. Proven experience as a problem-solver who is able to develop comprehensive solutions  
                                                                                                      2. Experience in leading collaborative development efforts.  
                                                                                                      3. Ability to facilitate projects through from concept to funding to implementation.


                                                                                                      Additional Information:

                                                                                                      SALARY/HOURS:  
                                                                                                      Position is full time with a comprehensive benefit package. Salary is competitive and commensurate with education and experience. Anticipated starting salary range is $45,000 - $55,000/year.
